Dr. Kelsey E. Arneson is a Licensed Chiropractor and Health and Fitness Coach.
Dr. Kelsey is originally from Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. She graduated from Chippewa Falls High
School in 2015. Athletics have always been a priority for her as she grew up competing in
softball, volleyball, and running track. After high school she attended the University of
Wisconsin La Crosse where she received her Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2018.
Dr. Kelsey pursued her graduate studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa
where she received her Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2022. Throughout her time at Palmer, Dr.
Kelsey completed extensive coursework and training in the areas surrounding mechanical
diagnosis and therapy (MDT), also known as the McKenzie Method. Passion quickly grew for
providing high value health care in the areas of muscle and joint pain and as a result, Dr.
Kelsey elected to become involved with the McKenzie Club on campus. There, she represented
the McKenzie Institute by teaching her peers the principles involved with MDT and it’s clinical
application. During her last 8 months of graduate school, Dr. Kelsey was selected for a clinical
rotation serving our Nation’s veterans here in town at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. She
enjoyed the area and people so much she decided to stay here after graduation and has loved
having the opportunity to work and serve patients here in this community.
When Dr. Kelsey is not in the clinic, you can find her teaching group fitness classes in the
community, personal training clients, working out, reading, and spending time with friends and
family. She also owns and operates her online health and fitness coaching business, which over
the last 6 years, has blessed her with opportunities to meet and help others on their journeys
to become the best versions of themselves.
